If you have not already completed a Graduation Petition with your advisor, please pick one up immediately from the Registrar’s Office. Also, please contact the Registrar’s Office if you need to change the name on your diploma. If you are not able to participate in 毕业典礼, your diploma 将 mailed to you in the weeks following 毕业典礼.
Regalia (cap, gown, hood for graduate 学生)
本科 (高级) 学生, the pickup days for your regalia are: March 5th, 10-11am; March 6th, 3:30-4:30pm; March 8, 2-3pm; 和 March 19th, 8:30-9:15am. The location for pick up is Callaway 威尼斯人娱乐城 Building, Room 120. This is only if you have not already picked up your regalia (that was distributed in August 和 you wore to Convocation).
Education 研究生 学生, you will receive your cap, gown, 和 hoods on April 13th 在你的研讨会上. Assistant to the Vice President of Academic Affairs, Michaela Traylor (mtraylor@volamdolong.com) will reach out to you closer to time if I have not received your measurements.
